69. What did you stop doing?
Oct 05, 2026Question 69 of 108 · Stéphane, the practice
For everyone
As a Frenchman, I gave up what a Frenchman finds hardest to give up: eating.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, a snack before sport. Today, one meal a day, with a snack if the need arises.
And I discovered it by accident. Three years ago, one August, a big party on Caparica beach on a Sunday evening. On Monday I wake up very late, I rush to the gym without eating. I expect a disaster, I post the best results of the year.
I repeated the experiment deliberately, and so did the results.
I decided nothing. I simply repeated what worked.
