IO8 was founded by Stéphane Pariente, a French entrepreneur based near Lisbon. For three decades he built systems that let creative people and innovators succeed, including FinanceMode, a financial platform that helped hundreds of brands grow.
At 53 he turned to biohacking and longevity, on himself first. Since then he measures his own body, metabolism, heart, strength and recovery, and changes what the numbers tell him to change.
At 54, his measured biological age was 58. At 56, it measures ten years below his age. Fourteen years regained in two years, through the accumulation of small daily efforts.
He is not a physician, and says so. IO8 measures; medical acts belong to medical partners, and protocols are built with the Experts in Residence.
IO8 is the result: a Living Lab that measures, rather than promises, what keeps body and mind stronger for longer.
