1. Services
IO8 offers immersive human performance and longevity programs, including corporate programs and individual retreats, delivered at the IO8 Living Lab and partner venues near Lisbon, Portugal.

2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed by pro forma invoice. For individual retreats, the pro forma invoice serves as the booking agreement. For corporate programs, a service agreement will be issued alongside the pro forma invoice.

3. Payment
All payments are processed by bank transfer. A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The balance is due 30 days before the program start date. Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
By the participant or organization :
Cancellation more than 60 days before the program : full refund of deposit.
Cancellation between 30 and 60 days : 50% of deposit retained.
Cancellation less than 30 days : no refund.

By IO8 :
IO8 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program in case of force majeure, insufficient participation, or circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, all payments received will be fully refunded within 14 days.

5. Program Content
IO8 reserves the right to adjust program content, technologies and expert facilitation based on availability and operational requirements. Core program objectives will always be maintained.
6. Health & Responsibility
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in a suitable state of health to participate in IO8 programs. IO8 strongly recommends consulting a medical professional before participating. Certain technologies and protocols may be contraindicated for specific health conditions. Participants must disclose any relevant health conditions at the time of booking.

7. Pricing
All prices are in Euros and exclude VAT where applicable. Program pricing does not include accommodation, transportation, or personal expenses unless explicitly stated.
8. Intellectual Property
All IO8 content, materials, protocols and branding are the property of The French BioHacker LDA. No reproduction or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.ββββββββββββββββ
