All IO8 programs are confirmed by pro forma invoice. This document serves as a booking agreement between IO8 and the participant or organization.

Corporate programs may be subject to a detailed service agreement upon request.

IO8 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program in case of force majeure or insufficient participation. In such cases, payments already received will be fully refunded.
