For everyone
The programme was built with you, according to your goals.
Four conditions make it effective: a place that takes you out of your surroundings and deprives you of your bearings, a group, a break from the outside world, and nights at the surrounding golf resort.
We start with measurements (blood tests and biological age). The rest of the time runs the protocols chosen at the design stage, with the experts whose discipline was selected. From two to five days, depending on what the company decided.
The place is fixed: the Living Lab and its surroundings. But the content will be built to measure.
