The escape game, the karting, the team building in the forest: it entertains, and you hope a team bonds along the way. Nothing there is measurable.
Here, each person establishes their starting point on the first morning and leaves with their logbook: their anchor points, and a roadmap. The company receives a collective reading against the goals it set.
A seminar, you remember. An IO8 stay, you carry on.

Qu'est-ce que ça a de différent d'un séminaire d'entreprise classique ?
Un séminaire commence par un brise-glace. Ici, il commence par une prise de sang.
L'escape game, le karting, le team building en forêt : ça divertit, et on espère qu'une équipe se soude en chemin. Rien n'y est mesurable.
Ici, chacun établit son point de départ le premier matin et repart avec son carnet de bord : ses points d'ancrage, et une feuille de route. L'entreprise reçoit une lecture collective au regard des objectifs qu'elle a fixés.
Un séminaire, on s'en souvient. Un séjour IO8, on le poursuit.
