59. Why is the change of scene a condition, and not a perk?

Because you change nothing with your bearings intact.

An unknown place, far away, from which you cannot go home in the evening. The whole group, day and night. A break from the outside world. And meanwhile, protocols that work the body, with equipment you do not find elsewhere, except in longevity centres, which are not places of experience.

Each of these elements lowers the guard. Together, they produce a domino effect: the bearings fall, the shields with them, and that is precisely where the anchoring needed to develop new routines becomes possible.

The same number, received with the shield up, produces nothing.

Anchoring does not come from the measurement. It comes from the state in which you receive it.
