53. How do you build tailor-made programmes for companies?

Oct 05, 2026

Question 53 of 108 · Companies and their leaders

Informed reader

We start from what the company names, never from a pre-existing programme.

An HR director arrives with a set of issues. For example: an executive committee under strain, sick leaves multiplying, fifty-year-old managers recovering less well.

But they may also come with the opposite: reward their best executives, select those they want to see go further, and give them the means to perform even better.

We measure, we propose, we refine with them.

The programme is built together. That is what makes it look like the company, and not like IO8.
