Question 52 of 108 · Companies and their leaders

For everyone

He already knows. What he does not know is what it costs him.

He feels he sleeps badly, recovers less, decides more slowly, and he puts it down to age or to the workload. Nobody has ever shown him a number.

Biological age does that in one morning: it turns an intuition into data, and data into a decision.

You do not change what you feel. You change what you measure.
