50. Can the employer see their employees' results?

Question 50 of 108 · The boundary: what IO8 does not do

Informed reader

Health data belongs to the person measured, and to them alone.

The company pays for the stay. It does not buy access to its employees' bodies.

What it receives is collective and anonymised: trends, points of fragility, an action plan. Enough to decide, never enough to identify someone.

Without that guarantee, nobody would let themselves be measured. And without measurement, there is no protocol.
