It gets the answer to the question it asked when building the programme.
The goals are named at the design stage: reduce a committee's exhaustion, restore the recovery of managers who are disengaging, optimise executives you want to see go further, bond a team.
It receives a collective reading of its group against those goals, and an action plan. Never a named figure, never a comparison between two people.
It was not just an entertaining experience. Above all, everyone leaves re-energised.
The company, for its part, leaves with individuals capable of going further.

Qu'est-ce que l'entreprise obtient, au bout du compte ?
Elle obtient la réponse à la question qu'elle a posée en construisant le programme.
Les objectifs sont nommés à la conception : réduire l'épuisement d'un comité, restaurer la récupération de managers qui décrochent, optimiser des cadres qu'on veut voir aller plus loin, souder une équipe.
Elle reçoit une lecture collective de son groupe au regard de ces objectifs, et un plan d'action. Jamais un chiffre nominatif, jamais une comparaison entre deux personnes.
Ce n'était pas qu'une expérience distrayante. Chacun repart surtout reboosté.
L'entreprise, elle, repart avec des individus capables d'aller plus loin.
