Question 102 of 108 · Habits

Informed reader

Neither. It depends on your psychology.

For some, stacking countless small efforts is irrational: it will never work. Those people need to change everything at once, in one violent effort.

For others, that violent effort is inconceivable. They will do the opposite: one tiny effort, then another, multiplied.

What counts is not the method. It is finding the one you can keep up over the long term.
