Whatever I say, I will be wrong.
I am experienced (five years full time, and a whole life of interest in these subjects), but we are at the very beginnings of longevity. We will know much more in fifty years, in a hundred years, in five hundred years.
So let us keep perspective. I hope to reach one hundred and twenty in excellent health, and that is more than sixty years away. Within twenty years, I am betting on injectable nanorobots in the blood, able to spread through the whole body to repair it. Researchers themselves write that the field has moved from science fiction to reality.
I will be seventy-eight.

Jusqu'où pensez-vous qu'on puisse aller ?
Quoi que je dise, je me tromperai.
Je suis expérimenté (cinq ans à temps plein, et toute une vie d'intérêt pour ces sujets), mais nous en sommes aux prémices de la longévité. On en saura beaucoup plus dans cinquante ans, dans cent ans, dans cinq cents ans.
Alors relativisons. J'espère arriver à cent vingt ans en excellente santé, et c'est dans plus de soixante ans. D'ici vingt ans, je parie sur des nanorobots injectables dans le sang, capables de se diffuser dans tout le corps pour le réparer. Les chercheurs eux-mêmes écrivent que le domaine est passé de la science-fiction à la réalité.
J'aurai soixante-dix-huit ans.
