Four times, I was told I would die at fifty-four.
Four people, between the ages of four and twenty, unconnected to one another, years apart. They could have said fifty-two, sixty-three, seventy. They all said fifty-four. I lived with that date.
During Covid, I wanted to understand. The answer was that at fifty-four, I would start a second life. And a number appeared: one hundred and eight.
One hundred and eight is fifty-four times two. And one hundred and eight is IO8.
At fifty-four, I began my second life.

Vous parlez de passer de 54 à 108 ans. Qu'est-ce que ça veut dire ?
On m'a annoncé quatre fois que je mourrais à cinquante-quatre ans.
Quatre personnes, entre mes quatre ans et mes vingt ans, sans lien entre elles, à des années d'intervalle. Elles auraient pu dire cinquante-deux, soixante-trois, soixante-dix. Elles ont toutes dit cinquante-quatre. J'ai vécu avec cette date.
Pendant le Covid, j'ai voulu comprendre. La réponse a été qu'à cinquante-quatre ans, je démarrerais une seconde vie. Et un nombre est apparu : cent huit.
Cent huit, c'est cinquante-quatre fois deux. Et cent huit, c'est IO8.
À cinquante-quatre ans, j'ai commencé ma seconde vie.
