Two thousand and twenty-two.
Nine months of learning cycles, then I changed many habits, and those habits triggered others. Precise sports routines. Precise supplementation, about ten molecules at the start, about fifty today.
And tech, because I am a fan: an Oura ring from two thousand and twenty-two (I am on my second), then an Eight Sleep for sleep.
I am on my second Oura ring. People are on their first question. The Living Lab is four years behind my wrist.

Il y a une date où tu situes le début de tout ça ?
Deux mille vingt-deux.
Neuf mois de cycles d'apprentissage, puis j'ai changé de nombreuses habitudes, et ces habitudes en ont déclenché d'autres. Des routines de sport précises. Une supplémentation précise, d'une dizaine de molécules au départ, une cinquantaine aujourd'hui.
Et de la tech, parce que j'en suis fan : une bague Oura dès deux mille vingt-deux (j'en suis à la deuxième), puis un Eight Sleep pour le sommeil.
J'en suis à ma deuxième bague Oura. Les gens en sont à leur première question. Le Living Lab a quatre ans de retard sur mon poignet.
