Question 14 of 108 · The place

Informed reader

The term comes from MIT, and it names a method: testing in real conditions, with the people who live in the place.

A classic laboratory brings a subject in for an hour, in an artificial environment, with an imposed protocol.

A living lab is an immersive place: you sleep there, eat there, work there, move there. And it is that real life that is observed.

Concretely, here: the founder lives in it and has measured himself continuously for four years, the experts in residence design their protocols on site, and every corporate stay produces real data.

A laboratory isolates in order to observe. A living lab observes without isolating.
