As usual: they thought I was completely crazy.
Exactly as when I created FinanceMode. My mother still tells me she does not know how she managed to produce me. My whole family thinks I am a visionary in the clinical sense.
Only one person thinks otherwise: my daughter Jade, who finds me brilliant. She is my daughter, so it is suspect, but it feels good.
They were already wrong twenty years ago.

Qu'est-ce que ton entourage en a pensé au début ?
Comme d'habitude : ils ont pensé que j'étais complètement taré.
Exactement comme quand j'ai créé FinanceMode. Ma mère me dit encore qu'elle ne sait pas comment elle a fait pour me créer. Toute ma famille pense que je suis un illuminé.
Une seule personne pense le contraire : ma fille Jade, qui me trouve génial. C'est ma fille, donc c'est suspect - mais ça fait du bien.
Ils avaient déjà tort il y a vingt ans.
