Everything is more comfortable than selling. Writing a protocol, installing a device, hosting an expert: each of these tasks is useful, and each can serve as a reason to postpone the first call.

Quel est le vrai risque des prochains mois ?
Le risque n'est pas d'échouer. Il est de continuer à perfectionner un système qui n'a encore rien vendu.
Tout est plus confortable que la vente. Écrire un protocole, installer un appareil, recevoir un expert : chacune de ces tâches est utile, et chacune peut servir de raison de repousser le premier appel.
