Start with one single thing, and choose it easy.
Not ten, not a programme, not a subscription. One routine, kept until it holds on its own. Then another.
I started without knowing I was starting. For fun, out of curiosity. And two semesters later, I had transformed myself without ever deciding to.
The first routine changes nothing. It is the second that proves you have set off.

Commencez par une seule chose, et choisissez-la facile.
Pas dix, pas un programme, pas un abonnement. Une routine, tenue jusqu'à ce qu'elle tienne seule. Puis une autre.
Moi j'ai commencé sans savoir que je commençais. Par jeu, par curiosité. Et deux semestres plus tard, je m'étais transformé sans jamais l'avoir décidé.
La première routine ne change rien. C'est la deuxième qui prouve que vous êtes parti.
