61. Can the return on investment be measured?

Expert

The return on investment, here, is counted in the compound interest of longevity.

A financial investment produces a return, and that return produces in turn. Longevity follows the same logic: a year gained at full capacity lets you do more, and therefore gain more years.

Applied to a company, that means employees who recover better, decide faster, last longer. And each year of lead produces others.

In longevity as in finance, what counts is not the amount. It is the date you start.
