6. You started with yourself. Why in that order?
Oct 05, 2026Question 6 of 108 · Origins
For everyone
I did not ask myself questions, I was thirsty to learn.
I had an enormous amount of free time thanks to the reorganisation of my life. The more I learned, the more I felt I knew nothing. And the more that feeling grew, the more I wanted to learn and to test.
I was already in the Living Lab process, on a personal level. I imagined myself living in a villa with a medical clinic a year before I discovered Bryan Johnson existed, and when I learned who he was, I was mostly disgusted not to have his financial base.
I designed my Living Lab in two thousand and twenty-two. In two thousand and twenty-three, I wanted to share it.

Tu as commencé par toi-même.
