A good result gives you a base from which to progress. A bad one puts you in front of what you felt without wanting to name it. In both cases, something starts moving.
Then comes the experience: a set of sub-experiences, dictated by multiple protocols, assembled according to your goals. Anti-burnout, optimisation, longevity.
IO8 promises a measurement, an organised experience, and a document. Never a result.
