24. A biological age: what is it actually worth?

Oct 05, 2026

Question 24 of 108 · The method: measure, execute, measure again

Expert

In reality, each of our organs has a different age! Biological age is therefore an overall estimate.

Moreover, several methods are used (the blood test, and VO2 max for example). But the result varies: there is not one biological age, there are several.

So what counts is not the absolute figure, but how it evolves with the same method.

A biological age is not compared with other people's. It is compared with your own, six months earlier.
