108. Walking side by side for an hour: what does it change in a conversation?

Oct 05, 2026

Question 108 of 108 · Habits

For everyone

We do not look at each other, so we really talk.

Sitting across from someone, an executive plays their role. Side by side, with no screen and no table, the gaze carries far and the guard drops. After twenty minutes, they say what they would never have said in a meeting.

And sometimes we do not talk at all. Walking in silence is a form of meditation, and the effects are there too.

The best meeting room I know is seven kilometres long.
